Le présent marché est un marché de fournitures passé par le biais d’une procédure concurrentielle avec négociation avec publicité belge et européenne relatif à la conception, fourniture, installation, mise en place et suivi d'une installation conteneurisée d'affinage des eaux usées traitées pour des usages urbains (incluant l'approvisionnement et la maintenance) à la STEP de Nivelles .L’objectif est de fournir un affinage supplémentaire de l’eau en sortie du clarificateur secondaire des stations d’épuration déjà existantes pour permettre sa réutilisation dans des applications spécifiques urbaines. L’installation devra donc permettre la production d’une eau adaptée aux usages urbains suivants : hydrocurage, nettoyage des voiries et du matériel urbain, arrosage d’espaces verts.
