The fire that occurred in July 2021 prompted a reassessment of the future of the "Source O Rama" building and its location. The Municipality's ambition for the renewal of "Source O Rama" is to make it:  The main facility of the future resort center;  A vibrant hub of activity and entertainment for the local population and visitors, enhancing the Municipality's reputation beyond its borders! The "Source O Rama" Renewal Project in brief:  The building: • Demolition of the existing Source O Rama building; • Design and construction of a new multi-purpose building, including museum spaces for permanent and temporary exhibitions, event spaces, and public reception areas, including the tourist office and other services; • Location: on the site of the existing building. Future bidders should pay close attention to the footprint of the new building.
