Deze opdracht omvat een raamovereenkomst met 3 opdrachtnemers voor het heen- en terugtransport van de bruiklenen voor toekomstige tentoonstellingen en collectiepresentaties in het MSK Gent. Tevens treedt het MSK Gent ook op als aankoopcentrale voor de andere musea ondergebracht onder de AGB's van Stad Gent (Huis van Alijn, Industriemuseum, STAM, S.M.A.K. en Design Museum Gent) aangevuld met IVA Historische Huizen en eventueel ook het GUM en Museum Dr. Guislain. De opdracht is geldig gedurende 4 jaar en verleent de inschrijvers geen exclusiviteit. De raamovereenkomst wordt gegund aan (maximaal) drie inschrijvers. Deze worden voor elke deelopdracht uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan een mini-competitie, waarop de deelopdracht gegund wordt.
