The scope of the framework contract is the shipment of parcels (documents and non-documents) to worldwide destinations. The parcels are differentiated as such: — documents, — non-dangerous goods, — dangerous goods in excepted quantities, — dangerous goods in limited quantities, — biological substances category B (UN3373), as well as, dry ice as cooling agent. The call is subdivided into 4 categories: - Service Category 1: door-to-door shipments of documents; - Service Category 2: door-to-door shipments of non-dangerous goods; - Service Category 3: door-to-door shipments of dangerous goods in excepted quantities; - Service Category 4: door-to-door shipments of biological substances category B and/or dry ice as cooling agent.
