Belgium – Snow-clearing services – MI62 Prestations de service hivernal sur les routes gérées par le District d'Anderlues

This contract concerns the provision of services related to the application of chemical de-icing agents and snow removal on roads and highways managed by the Walloon Region (SPW MI, Charleroi Roads Directorate – Anderlues district), as well as the organization of the Administration's salt depots and/or stocks, and the provision of trucks, specific equipment, labor, and rental vehicles without drivers. These services related to winter road maintenance are scheduled between October 15th of each year and April 15th of the following year; these dates define the winter period. They may be modified by the contracting authority if weather conditions require it. The duration of the winter period is indicative only and is not binding on the contracting authority. The contract may only commence after notification of the contract to the successful bidder, even if this notification occurs after October 15th.
