These devices will be installed in the homes of individuals living alone. Since the equipped user must not be identified by the system among several cohabitants, these devices must not require the user to wear a device for identification, thus addressing various concerns: stigmatization, ergonomics, and the risk of forgetting to wear the device, rendering it ineffective. This lot is divided into items: Item 1.1: Device. The price submitted for this item must include both the cost of supplying the device and maintenance (as described in the SLA) for the entire duration of the framework agreement (i.e., 4 years), as well as related training. Item 1.2: Cost of the monthly data subscription. The bidder must guarantee optimal network coverage (e.g., M2M roaming). Item 1.3: Cost of installing the device at the user's home (in the Walloon Region). It is essential that no damage be caused during the installation. If any damage is found, the cost of repair and restoration to original condition will be borne by the successful bidder.
