Licentieverlening: - Het leveren van de benodigde softwarelicenties voor de gevraagde InfoWorks producten. - De licenties moeten geldig zijn voor de volledige looptijd van de overeenkomst. 2. Onderhoud en ondersteuning: - Het leveren van standaard onderhoud op de licenties, inclusief software-updates en upgrades. - Technische ondersteuning en helpdeskdiensten voor het gebruik en beheer van de InfoWorks-software.
