Deze opdracht zal worden gegund aan maximaal 3 inschrijvers in de vorm van een raamovereenkomst voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie, onderhoud en ondersteuning van software applicaties. Op basis van het principe van mini-competitie zullen de daaropvolgende opdrachten worden aanbesteed tussen de opdrachtnemers van de raamovereenkomst. De daaropvolgende opdrachten zullen een belangrijk deel van de activiteiten “Application Development and Maintenance Services (ADMS)” van de NMBS omvatten. De raamovereenkomst heeft een vaste looptijd van acht (8) jaar.
