Belgium – Textile-cleaning services – Location et entretien de linge plat pour 505 lits

Rental and maintenance of flat linen for 505 beds (3 sites) for the period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2029. The contract will cover: • the rental and maintenance of linen (pillows, pillowcases, comforters or similar items, duvet covers or similar items, fitted sheets) for the three nursing and care homes managed by the Public Social Welfare Centre (CPAS); • only linen listed in the inventory of this contract will be processed. Processing means comprehensive handling of the linen from its use to its collection for later use. • the automatic replacement of items whose comfort and presentation characteristics are no longer satisfactory; • the counting of items upon collection; • the provision of equipment for the collection and storage of soiled linen, as well as for the delivery of clean linen. The contract may be terminated under the legal conditions specified in the section "Failure to perform and penalties". This is a standardized, fixed-price contract (stock contract). The quantities listed in this contract are provided for informational purposes only; therefore, suppliers will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities are not met. Any offer that does not include 100% of the products listed in the inventory will be rejected.
