With a view to the realization of the “R0-Noord Zone Zaventem” project (https://www.werkenaandering.be/nl/PG-Zaventem) within the broader R0-Noord project, which is part of the Werken aan de Ring Program (https://www.werkenaandering.be/nl/werken-aan/herinrichting-ring-noord), De Werkvennootschap will enter into a DBFM agreement with the project company (SPV-DBFM). This selection guide is part of the appointment of a private partner for this purpose. The current setup is that the SPV-DBFM will be responsible for the design, construction, and financing of the project and its maintenance for a maximum period of 30 years from the completion of the construction phase. Appendix 1 contains further information about this project. Candidates are informed for informational purposes that the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of issuing separate contracts for certain aspects of the aforementioned project. Additionally, the Contracting Authority also reserves the possibility of integrating related (but ancillary) assignments for De Werkvennootschap and/or other parties into the Assignment. Candidates are hereby informed that the Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify this setup, among other things, based on evolving insights and/or changed circumstances. It is therefore possible that the aforementioned project or one or more parts of the project will be realized in whole or in part through one or more traditional public contracts.
