The subject of the contract includes delivery by purchase, upon request from the contracting authority, of metals as follows: Equal and unequal angle (L) profiles made of structural steel; hot-rolled steel U-profiles made of structural steel; cold-rolled steel profiles; hot-rolled round and square steel bars - calibrated; structural hollow steel profiles - square and rectangular cross-section; steel pipes - with and without seams; galvanized pipes - with and without seams; rail - Fe, Al, Cu; sheet metal - flat steel, corrugated (lenticular/drop-shaped), trapezoidal (LT), bimetallic and galvanized. Technical requirements, technical characteristics are specified in the technical specifications of the public procurement documentation. The contract will be concluded for a period of 26 (twenty-six) months. Orders for deliveries under the concluded contract may be sent during the first 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of its entry into force, depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority forecasts a delivery quantity of 264,950 kg. Deliveries will be made after the contracting authority sends a delivery order indicating a specific quantity and place of delivery. The maximum term for the complete execution of a separate delivery order (to all delivery places specified therein) is no more than 60 calendar days, counted from the date of sending the specific delivery order by the contracting authority to the date of the last acceptance and delivery protocol for the delivery made under the specific delivery order, signed by representatives of the contracting authority and the contractor. In the proposal for the execution of the order, each participant should propose a term for the implementation of a separate delivery in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority.
