Bulgaria – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – „Предоставяне на услуги по охрана на имоти по обособени позиции “ за обособена позиция №14 „Предоставяне на услуги по охрана на имоти на ТП на НОИ – Стара Загора“

The subject of this order includes the performance of activities to provide security for properties of the National Social Security Institution, Stara Zagora, by ensuring the physical presence of qualified persons, installation and maintenance of alarm and security equipment, control and monitoring of built fire alarm systems, video surveillance and access control, as the specific requirements and functional characteristics regarding the performance of the service for each of the properties are specified by the contracting authority in the Technical Specifications - part of the participation documentation. The performance of the subject of the order includes the performance of access control activities in the buildings of the National Social Security Institution, Stara Zagora, related to the built access control system. The actual performance of the contract begins after the transfer of the security facilities to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority. The transfer of the security facilities is carried out with a protocol signed by representatives of both parties, which is an integral part of this contract. The Contractor undertakes, from the date of handover, to provide daily security with physical force according to the technical specifications and monitoring of the fire alarm system, as well as to take over the security of the sites with the security alarm equipment and the built video surveillance system. Scope: 4 protected sites.
