The full scope of the public procurement includes the selection of a supplier for “Supply and warranty support of computer equipment with system software and peripheral devices for the needs of the University Hospital of Medical Sciences “N. I. Pirogov” EAD”, described in detail by type, technical characteristics and number in Appendix No. 1 – Technical Specification. The types and quantities of products specified in Appendix No. 1 are estimated. The Contracting Authority has the right to change the quantities of products specified in Appendix No. 1 according to its needs, including refusing to supply certain types of products. Deliveries will be made in stages according to the needs and capabilities of the Contracting Authority, and for each stage the Contracting Authority will send a request (letter of assignment) to the Contractor, under the terms of Art. 5 of the draft contract. The total estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 1,665,000.00 (one million six hundred sixty-five leva) excluding VAT. The specified amount represents the financial resources available to the Contracting Authority, therefore this is the maximum and maximum allowable amount for the procurement. The total price for the performance of the public procurement excluding VAT is subject to assessment by the Commission, as the calculated total price will serve only for the purposes of evaluating the offers. Participants submit an offer only for the full volume of the procurement. Offers for part of the volume of the procurement will not be considered. A participant who submits a Price Offer that does not meet the announced terms of the procurement will be removed from participation in the procedure for awarding the public procurement on the basis of Art. 107, para. 2, b. "a" of the Public Procurement Act. The performance guarantee is in the amount of 3% (three percent) of the contract value, excluding VAT, and is released according to the draft contract.
