Carrying out an assessment of the compliance of the investment project and exercising construction supervision during the implementation of construction and demolition works on the site: "Construction of streets in Deveti septemvri quarter, Bozhurishte - Orel Street, Lyastovitsa Street, Shtarkel Street and Phoenix Street. The scope of the public procurement for Lot No. 1 includes the following types of activities: A) SUBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCUREMENT This public procurement includes preparing an assessment of the compliance of the investment projects and carrying out independent construction supervision during the implementation of the project until its commissioning. B) THE CONTRACTOR WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: Assessment of the compliance of the investment projects with the basic requirements for construction within the meaning of Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the ZTA in compliance with the requirements of Art. 142, para. 5 of the ZTA; Assessment of compliance under Art. 169, para. 1, item 6 of the Spatial Planning Act of the investment projects within the meaning of art. 142, para. 11 of the Spatial Planning Act. Exercising construction supervision during construction, pursuant to art. 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA). The scope of the activities for implementing construction supervision during construction is pursuant to art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, including coordination of the construction process until the site is put into operation. Performing the function of the Safety and Health Coordinator, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work during the performance of construction and assembly works.
