The subject of the public procurement, for each separate item from 1 to 6, includes a description of the activities under the procurement, as follows: A) Stage I - Preparation of a comprehensive report for assessing the compliance of the investment project with the basic requirements for construction and technical control under the "Constructive" part of the project development: B) Stage II - Exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the construction in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and the subordinate regulations. C) Stage III - Exercise of construction supervision during the removal of defects during the warranty periods. Brief description of Lot 1: Object: Permanent reinforcement of apparent deformations of the roadway on the republican road III-6222 "Vaksevo - Smolichano - Pelatikovo - Rashka Grashtitsa - Zgurovo - Bersin - Granitsa - (Kyustendil - village of Dupnitsa)" in the section at km 10+650 and at km 11+720 Existing situation: Road III-6222 Vaksevo - Smolichano - Pelatikovo - Rashka Grashtitsa - Zgurovo - Bersin - Granitsa - (Kyustendil - village of Dupnitsa) in the section at km 10+650 and at km 11+720 is part of the republican road network. This road provides transport services to the residents of the villages of Smolichano, Dlakhchevo-Sablyar, Pelatikovo to the municipalities of Kyustendil and Nevestino. The sections of the road under consideration are on the territory of the Kyustendil Regional Road Administration. Road III-6222 Smolichano – Pelatikovo in the section under consideration has a mixed profile and passes through mountainous terrain, outside an urbanized area. After an inspection, it was found that at km 10+650 on road III-6222 Smolichano – Pelatikovo, a part of the road surface has collapsed with a length of 18 meters parallel to the axis of the road and a collapse of about 1 meter of the shoulder.
