Selection of a contractor to provide consulting services related to assessing the compliance of the investment project and exercising construction supervision (within the meaning of the Spatial Planning Act ("SPA") and the regulatory acts implementing it), when implementing construction projects under the program for investments, maintenance and joining new clients. The objects subject to this procedure are construction projects of the third, fourth and/or fifth category, according to the Spatial Planning Act, with the majority of the objects being construction projects of the third category. The facilities that are being built or subject to major repairs are mostly medium and low voltage linear facilities /overhead or cable lines/, as well as site facilities /transformer substation, substation, substation/.
