The subject of this public procurement is the selection of contractors for the preparation of an assessment of the compliance of investment projects and the exercise of construction supervision with investor functions, pursuant to Art. 166 - 168 of the ZTA for projects of the Municipality of Lovech, financed under procedure BG-RRP-4.023 - "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - stage I" in implementation of the investment "Energy efficiency in the building stock", component 4 "Low-carbon economy" of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan under the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, divided into four separate items, as follows: Separate item No. 1 Implementation of energy efficiency measures for a residential building with the address of the city of Lovech, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 108B, 110A, 110B and 112; total area - 6,186.85 sq.m. The implementation will ensure the legal implementation of the construction, by exercising Construction Supervision with investor functions in the implementation of the investment projects, which will guarantee the quality and accurate reporting of the quantity of construction and civil engineering works. The service providers will have obligations arising from the ZTA and in accordance with all other regulatory acts regulating the features and obligations in their activities in view of the specifics of construction in the implementation of the projects.
