The subject of separate item No. 1 includes the following activities for the site: - Exercising construction supervision during construction until acceptance and commissioning of the construction within the mandatory scope regulated in the ZTA and the subordinate regulations for its implementation, including carrying out inspection and control of the delivered and used construction products in the construction, which ensures the fulfillment of the basic requirements for the construction in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products, as well as coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction, including control of the quantities, quality and compliance of the construction and installation works performed with the contract for the execution of the engineering of the site, as well as other activities subject to the engineering contract; - Performing the functions of the Health and Safety Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions of work during construction and installation works, including the fulfillment of all obligations of the Contracting Authority provided for in the said Regulation; - Preparing a Final Construction Report in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZTA and Regulation No. 2 of July 31, 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, and an updated Technical Passport for the construction in accordance with Art. 176a of the ZTA and Regulation No. 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of construction works; - Managing the commissioning processes until the issuance of a Permit for Use; - Carrying out responsibility under Art. 168 para. 7 of the ZTA until the expiration of the warranty periods for...
