Bulgaria – Construction work – „ИЗБОР НА ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛИ ЗА ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ (ПРОЕКТИРАНЕ, СТРОИТЕЛСТВО И АВТОРСКИ НАДЗОР) ЗА ЕНЕРГИЙНО ОБНОВЯВАНЕ НА МНОГОФАМИЛНИ ЖИЛИЩНИ СГРАДИ НА ТЕРИТОРИЯТА НА ГРАД ПЛЕВЕН ВЪВ ВРЪЗКА С ПРОЦЕДУРА „ПОДКРЕПА ЗА УСТОЙЧИВО ЕНЕРГИЙНО ОБНОВЯВАНЕ НА ЖИЛИЩНИЯ СГРАДЕН ФОНД – ЕТАП I“ по три обособени позиции.

The contract shall include: design, construction and supervision of the energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings on the territory of the Municipality of Pleven, which have been approved by the Ministry of Regional Development for financing under the procedure "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of the Residential Building Stock - Stage I". The implementation of the public contract includes activities related to the preparation of an investment project in the technical design phase, the implementation of the necessary construction, as well as the exercise of supervision during construction. It is planned to implement it through engineering, which must include three main groups of activities: 1. Activities related to the development of an investment project in the technical design phase for the site, as well as activities that are a condition, consequence or addition to it; 2. Activities related to the implementation of supervision during the implementation of construction and installation works (C&I) on the site and 3. Activities related to the implementation of construction and installation works for the implementation of the site.
