The subject of this public procurement includes the performance of construction and installation works for the purpose of modernizing a work hall used as a control and technical point of the Traffic Police sector - Kazanlak at the Directorate of Internal Affairs - Stara Zagora, located in the town of Kaznlak, Industrialna Str. No. 6, namely: Dismantling works: scraping latex on the ceiling, knocking out cement mortar in the joints of the roof panels, removing faience from the walls, knocking out plaster, dismantling joinery - windows and doors, dismantling lighting fixtures, etc., according to the Technical Specification with the attached bill of quantities. Repair works: processing and plastering with cement mortar of joints of roof panels (incl. reinforcing tape); delivery, installation of PVC joinery - windows and aluminum door, as well as plastering on the sides; delivery and installation of industrial roller doors; priming, plastering and puttying of the plinth (incl. aluminum molding on the upper edge of the plinth); priming and painting of walls and ceilings; delivery and installation of lighting fixtures; inspection of roof waterproofing and, if necessary, patching and gluing; installation and dismantling of tubular scaffolding; cleaning of the site - loading and transportation of waste, etc., according to the Technical Specification with the attached bill of quantities.
