"Repair of the roof of the administrative building and garages - Gabrovo Public Works Department". The subject of the public procurement under separate item No. 1 includes the following main repair works: - Dismantling old insulation; - Dismantling caps on boards and skirts; - Repair of expansion joints; - Partial patching of cement mortar; - Priming with bitumen primer; - Installation of waterproofing - 1st layer without sprinkling; - Installation of waterproofing - 2nd layer with sprinkling 4.5kg/m²; - Cladding of boards and skirts from galvanized sheet metal 0.5 mm; - Replacement /dismantling, delivery and installation/ of drainpipes in the under-roof space. The types and quantities of construction and works and activities are described in Technical requirements - Appendix No. 2 and in the Bill of Quantities - Form No. 3.1. Each candidate or participant must inspect the objects subject to the procurement, for which he submits Declaration Form No. 5. The deadline for the implementation of construction and renovation activities during the removal of defects during the warranty periods is until the date of expiration of the last warranty period for the objects, according to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of Ordinance No. 2/31.07.2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and renovation works, facilities and construction sites, which for the repair activities subject to the procurement is 7 (seven) years. Before concluding the public procurement contract, the selected Contractor shall submit a Contract Performance Guarantee in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the Contract Performance Price in BGN excluding VAT. | Repair of sanitary facilities, replacement of entrance door and provision of a safety railing in the administrative building of the Gabrovo Public Administration Building.
