The subject of the public procurement shall include the following activities: 1. Design The design shall be single-phase and shall include the preparation of a detailed investment project (DIP) for the introduction of energy efficiency measures in the multi-family residential building, in accordance with the design specifications and the documents from the technical and energy inspection of the building. A survey has been carried out for the building to establish the technical characteristics related to the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1 (items 1 - 5) and para. 2 of the ZTA, and an energy efficiency survey in accordance with the provisions of the ordinance under Art. 48 of the ZEE, as a result of which a technical passport and a certificate for the energy characteristics of a building in operation have been prepared. The detailed investment project shall contain all energy efficiency measures of the building that are prescribed in the survey documents. The project must clarify the specific design solutions to the extent that they ensure the full implementation of all planned types of construction works related to the introduction of the measures provided for in the energy audit, as well as provide design solutions that ensure compliance with the requirements for construction works under Art. 169 of the ZTA. The scope and content of the RIP must necessarily take into account the conditions for eligibility of costs for grants under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - Stage I". The working project includes at least the following parts: part "Architecture"; part "Constructions"; part Plumbing - if necessary; part "Electrical"; part HVAC - if necessary; part "Energy efficiency"; part "Fire safety"; part "Design and estimate documentation"; part PBZ; part PUSO. The working investment project should be submitted in 4 (four) original copies on paper, signed by the relevant designers and 1 (one) electronic CD....
