The subject of the procurement is "Implementation of construction and installation works - reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal technical infrastructure of Industrial Park "Vidin-South", city of Vidin". The main objective of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the implementation of construction and installation works for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal technical infrastructure of Industrial Park "Vidin-South", city of Vidin. The implementation of the activities within the scope of the public procurement will lead to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the internal technical infrastructure of the Industrial Park "Vidin-South", Vidin, in order to attract investments and create the necessary infrastructure for investors and favorable conditions for the implementation of new projects in the industry in support of the economic growth of the region. The implementation of the project will ensure the construction of technical infrastructure within the borders of the Industrial Park "Vidin-South", Vidin. By improving the internal technical infrastructure, it is expected to increase the export capacity of the region, stimulate its economic growth and create new jobs. The implementation of the construction and installation, reconstruction and rehabilitation activities includes all facilities provided for in the technical project, providing assistance in putting the site into operation and performing warranty maintenance for all completed construction and installation works. The construction and installation activities are carried out based on the Technical Project, which is provided by the Contracting Authority and is part of this tender documentation.
