The subject of the procurement is "Design, construction and author's supervision of the site "Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal technical infrastructure within the boundaries of the Industrial Park "Balkan", the town of Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone. The main objective of this public procurement is the selection of an engineering contractor (design, construction and author's supervision) to perform the following main activities: Preparation of a technical investment project for the site "Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal technical infrastructure within the boundaries of the Industrial Park "Balkan", the town of Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone. The contractor must prepare a technical project with costing documentation, which must contain at least the following project parts: 1) Part: Water and Sewerage 2) Part: Constructions 3) Part: Electrical 4) Part: Gasification 5) Part: Geodesy 6) Part: Fire Safety 7) Part: Road 8) Part: Permanent Traffic Organization 9) Part: Park Management 10) Part: Temporary Traffic Organization 11) Part: Safety and Health Plan 12) Part: Construction Waste Management Plan Implementation of construction and installation works for internal technical infrastructure within the boundaries of the Balkan Industrial Park, in the town of Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone.
