The subject of this public procurement is "Engineering - design (complex project-PUP-PP and technical project), construction and author's supervision of the site "Reconstruction of the sewer network and collectors leading to the Botevgrad WWTP". The subject of the procurement includes the implementation of the following main activities: Review and analysis of the available source data and information provided; Development of a Complex project for an investment initiative under Art. 150 of the ZUT, consisting of the following components: preparation of a draft for a detailed development plan - parcel plan and investment project in the "technical project" phase for the site "Reconstruction of the sewer network and collectors leading to the Botevgrad WWTP"; Assistance in coordinating the Complex project for an investment initiative with the relevant competent administrations, interested institutions, operating companies and third parties in accordance with the applicable regulations; Obtaining all necessary permits in connection with the implementation of the construction; Execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the implementation of the construction in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the requirements of the Client and the approved investment project; Implementation of author's supervision under the ZTA, including providing, if necessary, technical solutions, additions and/or amendments to the project and assistance in putting the site into operation; Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral survey of the entire construction and provision of data to the relevant geodesy, cartography and cadastre office in accordance with Art. 54a, para. 2 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act; Handover of the site and its acceptance by the Client with a Statutory Act establishing the suitability for acceptance of the construction Annex No. 15 to Ordinance No. 3 of 31.07.2003 on drawing...
