"Organization and holding of events (conferences, trainings, seminars, etc.) and accompanying activities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for the needs of the Center for Human Resources Development" The scope of the public procurement includes logistics and organizational and technical preparation of events related to the implementation of the activities of the Center for Human Resources Development under the Erasmus+ Program, the European Solidarity Corps Program and accompanying activities, including, but not limited to - hotel accommodation; rental of halls/premises; technical equipment; provision of meals and coffee breaks, online coverage of the events. The events will be held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and may be in different formats - conferences, trainings, seminars, exchange of good practices, information days, congresses, round tables, workshops, meetings, public events organized in open and closed spaces, incl. public places, open stages, in museums, community centers, seminar halls, etc. Logistics and organizational and technical preparation include - providing transport (except air); hotel accommodation; halls; technical equipment; sound system; registration of participants; providing/distributing materials; providing meals and coffee breaks; preparing a video or sound recording of the event on an electronic medium; preparing photographic material from the event and other similar accompanying activities. The organization and conduct of the events must be carried out in accordance with the requirements described in the technical specification for accommodation, technical equipment in the event venues, organization of participants' meals, materials for the events, transport to the event venue and other similar activities.
