The public procurement covers the provision of various services (hotel reservations for participants in the planned meetings, rental of halls for the various events, provision of the necessary conference equipment in the halls, provision of coffee breaks, registration of participants, photo material and audio recording for the following events within the framework of the strategic project ROBG00005 STREAM 2 "Streamlining cross-border cooperation: A joint approach to disaster resilience", co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund under the INTERREG VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme 2021-2027: - 4 joint meetings of the Project Management Group; - 2 workshops to update the joint intervention plan and joint operational procedures; - 1 workshop to prepare a training program for joint simulation training of the management staff at the regional directorate level; - 2 joint simulation trainings of the management/operational/staff at the regional directorate level; - 1 final planning conference related to conducting a joint field exercise and a joint field exercise. ​​​​​​​
