"Supply of food products for Home Social Patronage, town of Polski Trambesh for a period of 1 year" by separate items, as follows: Separate item No. 1 - Bread products and flour; Kozunak - 550 pcs; Flour type 500 - 1200 kg; Breadcrumbs - 140 kg; Fide - 650 pcs; Pasta without eggs - 40 pcs. The subject of this open procedure is the supply of food products for Home Social Patronage on the territory of the Municipality of Polski Trambesh for 1 year, divided into four separate items, the main objectives of the procurement being: - Ensuring quality and healthy food for consumers using social services; - Ensuring a proper diet for individuals, taking into account the requirements of the Health Act and the regulatory acts for its implementation; - Improving the quality and conditions under which consumers are fed; Food products must comply with the Bulgarian Food Code, the Bulgarian Food Code and/or equivalent TD of the manufacturer, and must be accompanied by the necessary commercial documents. All food products must be packaged and labeled. The packaging must be sound, with labels in Bulgarian and contain information about the type of product, its storage, manufacturer, quality, date of production and expiration date. Food products must comply with the Food Act and applicable ordinances, regulations and standards. On the day of delivery, food products must have a remaining shelf life of not less than 50% of their entire shelf life specified by the manufacturer. Deliveries must be made in compliance with all hygiene and sanitary requirements.
