1. The public procurement covers periodic supplies of milk and dairy food products, in accordance with the technical specification and the samples of technical and price proposals for the respective separate item - an integral part of the documentation. The implementation of all supplies under the subject of the procurement will be carried out after a preliminary request from the Director of the kindergarten or by an official designated by him. The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with: the draft contract; the technical specification; the technical and price proposal of the contractor. The supply of food products for the needs of the Valentina kindergarten - Plovdiv is aimed at: Providing high-quality, healthy and nutritious food for children attending the childcare facility; Ensuring a proper diet for children, taking into account the requirements of the Health Act and the regulatory acts for its implementation; Improving the quality and conditions under which children are fed; Increasing the speed of delivery when food products are needed. 2. The subject of the public procurement under separate item No. 1 also includes supplies of organic food products from the relevant product group, which should be produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 (OJ, L 150 of 14.06.2018) (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) and Ordinance No. 5 of 2018 on the application of the rules of organic production, labelling and control and on issuing a permit for control activities for compliance with the rules of organic production, as well as for subsequent official supervision of the controlling persons (SG, issue 75 of 2018). 3.
