The public procurement covers the manufacture, delivery, installation and warranty maintenance of office and hospital furniture for the University Hospital “St. Anna” – Sofia AD, according to a technical specification prepared by the Contracting Authority and attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The implementation period is 24 months, with periodic deliveries, after receiving a written request from the Contracting Authority. The period for manufacture, delivery and installation is at the participant’s proposal in calendar days, no longer than 15 calendar days and no shorter than 5 calendar days, counted from receipt of the request. The participant should offer warranty service for the offered office and hospital furniture. The warranty period is at the participant’s proposal in months, but no shorter than 36 months and no longer than 72 months from delivery and installation. The participants’ offers for the execution of the order must be in full compliance with the requirements and technical characteristics specified in the specification prepared by the Contracting Authority. The production of the furniture should allow for a choice of color scheme. It is impossible for the Contracting Authority to prepare an indicative report on the estimated quantity of office and hospital furniture for the individual nomenclature units of the technical specification. The process of requesting furniture is a direct function of various components such as the level of depreciation of the available hospital inventory, upcoming planned or extraordinary repairs, financial security, etc. All these unknown quantities do not allow the preparation of a reliable estimated bill of quantities, therefore the Contracting Authority will evaluate the participants according to their proposed unit prices based on the methodology described in the documentation.
