The scope of the order under OP 1 includes the delivery and installation of 111 types of office furniture, with an approximate total quantity of 57,700 items, of which: desks – 7,124 pcs; wardrobes – 2,617 pcs; bookcases and shelves – 2,776 pcs; hangers – 1,695 pcs; containers – 6,951 pcs; tables – 1,704 pcs; safes, benches and racks – 3,293 pcs; chairs – 27,258 pcs; cabinets – 3,830 pcs; representative/luxury office furniture – 452 pcs. The indicated quantities are indicative. Regarding the expected quantity for delivery of the various types of office furniture, participants can orient themselves from the coefficients in the price offer for OP 1 (sample No. 3.1.a), which give an indication of the more frequently purchased items. The specific/exact quantities of items are indicated by the individual contracting authorities when conducting an internal competitive selection under Art. 82, para. 3 and 4 of the Public Procurement Act in the price proposal form. The detailed description of the types of items is contained in the technical specification, an integral part of the procurement documentation.
