Within the framework of this public procurement, 2 (two) separate items are envisaged, as follows: Separate item No. 1: "Delivery and installation of furniture for the building of the Kindergarten "Happy Childhood"; Separate item No. 2: "Delivery and installation of equipment for the building of the Kindergarten "Happy Childhood" The estimated value of Separate item No. 2 is of a total amount - 11,670.00 BGN excluding VAT. In percentage terms, this amount is equal to 13.5% of the value of the procurement. Given the above and on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Separate item No. 2 will be awarded in accordance with the order of award for the individual and estimated value, i.e. in accordance with the order of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act - through direct award. In implementation of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and considering the total estimated value of the entire procurement (83,570.00 BGN excluding VAT), the residual value of 71,908.00 BGN excluding VAT (being the estimated value for lot No. 1) is awarded with this public procurement - through an "Open Procedure" in accordance with the procedure of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated value of Lot No. 2 does not fall within the total estimated value of this public procurement, as it is awarded separately in accordance with the procedure of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The following furniture should be delivered for lot 1: 1. Children's bed for a mattress 135/65/8 cm., made of 18 mm thick chipboard; 2 mm edge; with a rounded tablet, the possibility of choosing the location of the tablet and choosing the color of the body; powder-coated metal legs - 72 pcs. 2.
