Bulgaria – Guard services – „Предоставяне на услуги по охрана на имоти по обособени позиции“ за възлагане на обособена позиция №12 „Предоставяне на услуги по охрана на имоти за нуждите на ТП на НОИ – Русе“

The scope of the subject of the procurement includes activities to provide unarmed daily physical security at sites of the National Social Security Institution - Ruse, implementation of a pass regime, implementation of video surveillance in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) with a built-in video surveillance system, property of the Contracting Authority, and security through the use of alarm and security equipment (SOT) during non-working hours for the employees of the National Social Security Institution - Ruse, holidays and weekends. The award of separate item No. 12 of the public procurement aims to conclude a contract for the provision of security services at sites of the National Social Security Institution - Ruse for: ensuring a pass regime at the guarded sites; protecting the property, as well as the physical integrity of the employees and individuals residing in the buildings of the National Social Security Institution - Ruse; ensuring physical protection from unlawful encroachments, as well as their prevention and interception by providing unarmed daily physical security; monitor control and response with mobile security patrols upon receipt of a signal through security with SOS and video surveillance. Scope: 5 administrative buildings used by the National Social Security Institute - Ruse, with 2 of the buildings having daily physical security; 7 sites in all administrative buildings are secured with SOS and 2 buildings are secured with video surveillance.
