The public procurement includes: 1. Performing diagnostics of a reported problem in order to ensure the proper functioning of the system and modules; 2. Removing defects found in the software modules; 3. Consulting on resolving problems with the configuration of the environment used by the application, including changes in the configuration of the software infrastructure at the installation site; 4. Restoring the system and data in the event of a possible system failure, as well as correcting them due to system errors; 5. Expert support for software users by telephone and e-mail during working hours; 6. Performing periodic maintenance of the CAISDO, at least once every 3 months; 7. Updating the system documentation as a result of actions performed within the framework of maintenance and handing it over to the Contracting Authority. The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) describes in detail all the requirements of the Contracting Authority and characteristics of the procurement.
