The subject of the assignment is the provision of subscription technical support for the software product "Human Resources Management System HeRMeS" in the NHIF Central Office and 28 RHIFs. The service includes: 1. Ensuring the normal functioning of the HeRMeS software product, maintaining the product in an up-to-date state, corresponding to possible extensions, including those related to changes in the regulatory framework. 2. Informing the Client and NHIF about new features in the software product and providing all new versions and changes in the software released during the support period, accompanied by information about the changes made and detailed installation instructions. 3. Installation of new versions, extensions and changes, bug fixes and accompanying settings by specialists designated by the Contractor. 4. Providing maintenance, setup, introduction of new and, if necessary, correction of existing samples approved by the NHIF, outside of those approved by the regulations. 5. Timely update of the software product in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the changes in the regulatory acts, including the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria. An adapted version of the software product for working with the euro should be provided to the NHIF within the framework of the provided support. 6. Providing assistance to users when working with the software product.
