The purpose of this public procurement is to select an operator to issue, provide, recharge and administer food vouchers on an electronic medium for the staff of "BDZ - Passenger Transport" EOOD" for a period of 24 months. The provision of food vouchers is a commitment of the employer on the basis of Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 of the Collective Labor Agreement 2024. The employer undertakes to provide food vouchers to one employee in the amount of BGN 200 per month. The provision, recharge and administration of food vouchers on an electronic medium will be carried out monthly upon request, in which the specific quantities are indicated. The estimated number of personnel of the contracting authority subject to the provision, recharge and administration of food vouchers on an electronic medium is 4984 pcs. for the first year and 4959 pcs. for the second year of the contract. Estimated number of electronic carriers of food vouchers for current monthly recharge and service - 4984 pcs. for the first year and 4959 pcs. for the second year of the contract; Estimated total nominal value of the vouchers per month, for the first year of the contract - 996,800.00 BGN; Estimated total nominal value of the vouchers for the first year - 11,961,600.00 BGN; Estimated total nominal value of the vouchers per month, for the second year of the contract - 991,800.00 BGN; Estimated total nominal value of the vouchers for the second year - 11,901,600.00 BGN;
