Purchase of a new car with the following minimum technical characteristics: category: M1; modularity: 7 - passenger; number of doors: 4+1; Engine: Hybrid; Working volume: minimum 1598 cm2; Maximum power kW (hp): minimum 104 (140); number of transmission gears: automatic; In terms of exhaust gases: minimum EURO VI or equivalent; Seat belts: on all seats; Steering wheel location: left in the direction of travel; Equipment: Air conditioning or climate control. Warranty period - minimum 24 months. The Contractor guarantees the full functional suitability of the delivered car according to the agreed purpose, as well as according to the Technical Proposal, Technical Specification and standards. Within the warranty period, the Contractor shall eliminate with its own forces and means all damage and/or Non-conformities of the car, respectively replace defective parts and/or components with new ones, according to the warranty conditions and the Technical Proposal of the Contractor. The Client's complaint message can be sent by fax, telephone, e-mail or regular mail. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the vehicle is inspected by its qualified representatives within 3 (three) working days from the receipt of the Client's complaint message. After the vehicle is inspected by qualified representatives of the Contractor, a report of findings is drawn up on the type of damage and/or Non-conformity, the works and the period required for its elimination in two identical copies. The Contractor is obliged to eliminate any damage and/or Non-conformity within 20 (twenty) calendar days or shorter, from the date of their detection. If it is impossible to eliminate the damage and/or Non-conformity within 20 (twenty) calendar days, the Contractor shall provide the Client with a working vehicle of the same or similar class until the damage and/or Non-conformity is completely eliminated, and the warranty period of the vehicles in the process of repair shall be extended by the period...
