For the Municipality of Tutrakan, there is a need to prepare investment projects (phase "technical") for the reconstruction of parts of the existing internal water supply network of the city of Tutrakan and the improvement of streets in the city. The reconstruction of the city's water supply network is necessary in view of the frequent accidents in the water supply network, increased water losses, the need to improve traffic safety conditions, as well as road drainage. The project aims to improve the water supply and street infrastructure of the city of Tutrakan - central part. Specific objectives are: reducing water losses, reducing the number of accidents in the water supply network, improving the quality of drinking water, ensuring traffic safety conditions, good road drainage, comfort of travelers and extending the service life of streets in settlements. The scope of assignment in this procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: design - Preparation of an investment project in the "technical design" phase in accordance with Regulation No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the ZTA and the subordinate regulations for its implementation. The project development envisages the reconstruction of the existing water supply network and the improvement of "Reconstruction of existing water supply and improvement of Silistra Street from 33 to 22 (Alexander Stamboliyski Street) in the town of Tutrakan".
