The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the production and delivery of promotional souvenirs (also referred to in the documentation as "goods") for the needs of the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna, according to technical specifications (Appendix No. 1). The order includes periodic deliveries of goods previously requested and specified by the Contracting Authority by type, technical data, configuration and quantities, as well as the implementation of personalization on promotional souvenirs purchased by the Contracting Authority. Nature and quantity of the activities performed: production and delivery of 16,010 pieces of promotional souvenirs, according to the attached technical specifications (Appendix No. 1). The quantities specified in the technical specifications are estimated for 12 months and will serve to evaluate the offers. The type and quantity of goods requested is determined by the Contracting Authority depending on its specific needs and financial security. The Contracting Authority is not bound by the obligation to exhaust the specified maximum allowable value and volume of the contract, and reserves the right to order more and/or less than the estimated quantities, including to order products that are not included in the technical specification, under the conditions described in the Instructions, Section I. General Provisions, Item 5 – Option upon award.
