Bulgaria – Ready-mixed concrete

The subject of this public procurement is: "Supply of concrete mixtures for the needs of the OP "Improvement and Prevention" to the Municipality of Rakovski 2025-2027." Scope of the public procurement: The scope of the public procurement includes supplies of concrete mixtures, according to requests made by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, through the director of the OP "Improvement and Prevention" to the Municipality of Rakovski. The implementation of the procurement concerns the following types of concrete mixtures: - Concrete mixtures - class according to BDS EN 206-1 - C16/20 - estimated quantity: 4000 m3 - Concrete mixtures - class according to BDS EN 206-1 - C20/25 - estimated quantity: 6000 m3 - Cement mortar - estimated quantity: 2000 m3 The quantities are estimated - the Contracting Authority is not obliged to fully absorb them. In case the quantity of concrete mix is reached, the execution continues until the total agreed value (price) is reached or until the contract term expires. The rights and obligations that arise for the Contracting Authority after the selection of the Contractor will be exercised and assumed by and at the expense of the OP "Improvement and Prevention" to the Municipality of Rakovski. The transport is at the expense of the Contractor (this includes all types of travel expenses, tolls, etc.) and must be included in the unit price of the respective mix. The Contracting Authority may unilaterally terminate this Contract in the event of 3 (three) complaints within the agreed period, or in the event of 2 (two) complaints within two months, the validity of which is established in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Contract. Possible amendments to the Contract: In the event of a change in the amount of the tolls required by the state, the Contractor has the right to request an amendment to the contract, which reflects this change in the part regarding the price.
