The subject of the contract also includes training of at least one operator and provision of warranty (service) service for the supplied equipment during the warranty period. The engines of the vehicles should meet the requirements of REGULATION No. H-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles. The full scope of the activities and the minimum requirements for the technical characteristics of the trucks and superstructures are described in detail in the Technical Specification, annex to the participation documentation. 2.1. Technical maintenance and repair Technical maintenance and repair of the equipment is carried out at the contractor's service facility (own or rented), in the country, within the warranty periods and warranty (service) service. 2.2. Other requirements 2.2.1. The equipment must be accompanied by an instruction or operating manual in Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The equipment shall be accompanied by documents certifying its quality and origin and the documents necessary for its registration. 2.3. Warranty liability and warranty requirements. 2.3.1. The Contractor shall guarantee the full functional suitability of the supplied equipment, in accordance with their intended purpose and the technical specifications. 2.3.2. Within the warranty period, the Contractor shall, by its own efforts and means, eliminate all defects, deficiencies and/or damages and/or inconsistencies of the supplied used garbage collection vehicles, respectively replace defective parts and/or components with new ones. The warranty covers all systems, units, assemblies and details of the equipment, in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements according to the service booklet concerning the manufacturer's warranty liability and includes: 2.3.3.
