The scope of the repair work is detailed in the bill of quantities for the repair of the generator rotor, contained in the Technical Specification for the execution of the order, part of the electronic file of this public procurement. For the repair of the Rotor of the TG st. No. 8 type 6H5974/2, 3 /three/ stages are planned for implementation. The first and third stages are mandatory. After the implementation of Stage 1, the Contractor performs electrical measurement - insulation resistance of the rotor winding, certified by the preparation of a Protocol of measurements. If the result is below 5 MOhms and/or an inter-turn short circuit, the procedure is followed to Stage 2. If the result is above 5 MOhms and there is no inter-turn short circuit, the procedure is followed to Stage 3. The second stage is performed if necessary, according to the condition of the rotor after the completion of Stage 1, at the discretion (carried out within the period for the performance of Stage 1) of a Technical Council consisting of representatives of the Client and the Contractor. After the performance of each stage, a protocol is prepared, which contains the type and values of the measurements taken (Protocol of activities performed under Stage 1; Protocol of activities performed under Stage 2 (if applicable); Protocol of activities performed under Stage 3). The performance of each of the stages of the repair is reviewed and approved by a Technical Council, held with the participation of specialists from the Client and the Contractor.
