Bulgaria – Scheduled air transport services – „Осигуряване на самолетни билети за български групи, пътуващи в чужбина“

The need to award this public procurement is linked to organized group vacations outside the country by the EA "Military Clubs and Military Recreation" within the framework of international cooperation under CLIMS and currency-free exchange of military personnel and civilians from the Ministry of Defense, the structures directly subordinate to the Ministry of Defense and the Bulgarian Army. The subject of the procurement includes the provision of airline tickets for trips abroad in all categories of economy and business class according to the needs of the Contracting Authority. The technical specification contains a detailed description of the activities under the subject of the procurement. The list of destinations included in the subject of the procurement is not exhaustive, as not all trips for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months cannot be predicted in advance. The contract with the selected contractor will be concluded for a value up to the estimated value of the public procurement determined by the Contracting Authority. The costs of the contract execution are determined by the specific needs of the Contracting Authority, the requests made by it for securing airline tickets for the term of the contracts. On the basis of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, after the expiration of the intended term of validity, the contract may be extended until the intended financial resources are exhausted. In this case, the performance of the service will be agreed upon in a written agreement to the main contract.
