The scope of the order provides for the delivery of the following main items: student table 14 pcs.; adjustable movable chairs - 31 pcs.; modular table - 28 pcs.; student and teacher chairs - 29 pcs.; single modular table - 28 pcs.; student and teacher chairs made of multilayer wood - 29 pcs.; Universal work surface for a chair, floor, or outdoors - 28 pcs.; and others according to the technical specification; Detailed characteristics and parameters of the goods within the scope of the order are contained in the attached technical specification. Positions awarded in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act: Separate position No. 2: "Supply of various types of furniture and furnishings for the current provision of offices in PG "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" including the delivery of a three-wing wardrobe - 1 pc; RFG triple wardrobe - 6 pcs; RFG student chair - 30 pcs.; locker room bench - 6 pcs.; work chair - 3 pcs. Since the estimated value of separate item No. 2 is below 50,000 BGN excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the above and on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, separate item No. 2 will be awarded in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act - through direct award. The residual value of the order after the separation of separate item No. 2 is BGN 58,523.32 excluding VAT. In implementation of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the residual value (being the total estimated value of this procurement), will be awarded through an open procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, since the total estimated value of the entire procurement together with previous awards falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 1. item 1, letter "b" of the Public Procurement Act.
