The public procurement includes: 1. The provision of a service with the following activities: - "pre-project studies" (obtaining initial data for design, including activities for acquiring limited property rights, if necessary, as well as providing the specific locations of the TSCS (Technical Speed Control Device) facilities with the necessary permits and coordinating the possible points for connecting to the electricity distribution network for the relevant settlements along the planned route, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria; - preparation of an investment project in the technical phase - design; - installation and assembly of the TSCS elements at the planned locations, their power supply, installation connections, including successfully conducted tests (before putting into real operation), samples, configuration and commissioning and others, ensuring the intended operation of the TSCS; - integration, training and warranty maintenance; 2. Construction: - construction of 20 metal poles (other types of facilities, according to the investment project) with 20 protective metal boxes installed, together with 20 TSCS delivered and installed in them, installed and powered, for the needs of the Ministry of Interior. 3. Configuration, testing and commissioning of all equipment and software of the delivered and installed TSCS, as well as checking the operability of the equipment. 4. Maintenance and service - warranty support, technical support and service of the TSCS with all delivered components and devices, in accordance with the requirements set out in the TS.
