Bulgaria – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – „Извършване на строително - монтажни работи /СМР/, строително-ремонти работи /СРР/ в общежития на Софийския университет „Св. Климент Охридски“, в гр. София

1. OBJECT of this public procurement is "Construction" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 2. SUBJECT of this public procurement is "Performance of construction and installation works /C&I/, construction and repair works /R&I/ in dormitories of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", in the city of Sofia, for the purpose of ongoing maintenance and renovation of buildings provided for management by the Contracting Authority. The subject of this public procurement is periodic performance of construction and installation works, for the purpose of ongoing maintenance and renovation of buildings owned by the Contracting Authority. 3. The SCOPE of the public procurement includes the following activities: Performance of construction and installation works - carried out in accordance with Part Three "Construction" of the Spatial Planning Act. The circumstances related to the commencement, execution and commissioning (acceptance) of the construction works will be certified by drawing up and signing by the participants of the relevant acts and protocols in accordance with Regulation No. 3 of 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction (where applicable). The technical implementation of the construction must be in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Contracting Authority, with the requirements of the Bulgarian regulatory framework. The technical characteristics of the construction products, materials and equipment used in the construction should be in accordance with or of a quality higher than that required by the regulatory requirements and good construction practices in Bulgaria and the European Union, and where such cannot be found with the highest quality.
