The building is classified as a Category III object according to Article 137 of the ZUT. It was built in 1982, located in a north-westerly direction with another block of the same type. It consists of sixteen residential floor levels, one ground floor and one basement level. There are separate basements on the basement and ground floor levels. There is no attic floor in the building. There are 5 apartments on each floor. The distribution of all residential levels is the same: one one-room apartment, three two-room apartments and one three-room apartment. Technical characteristics of the building, according to the Report from the energy efficiency survey: - Area – 455.66 m2; - Total area – 7,458.60 m2; - Heated area – 6,667 m2; - Heated volume – 21,815 m3. The building has one main entrance on the north side and one smaller, secondary entrance on the west side. In the vertical direction, the building is served by one stairwell and three elevators. The staircase and elevators are located in the middle of the building, thus forming a central communication core. In the basement and ground floor there are storage rooms and technological rooms for the building installations. There are also two more shops on the ground floor. Numerous reconstructions have been carried out in the residential floor levels, related to the removal of non-load-bearing partition elements. The construction system is: zero cycle - monolithic, residential part - large-area formwork (EPK). The facade walls in the building are of ten types. They mainly consist of: ● reinforced concrete walls with a pre-wall cladding of gypsum blocks with a total thickness of 0.34 m; ● reinforced concrete walls with a total thickness of 0.22 m; ● brickwork made of lattice bricks with a total thickness of 0.30 m; ● walls made of gypsum blocks with a pre-wall cladding made of brickwork with a total thickness of 0.25 m.
