China – Research and development consultancy services – EU-China International Development Platform

Through this restricted call for tender we are looking for a service provider/consortium of service providers to implement the EU-China International Development Platform project. The EU-China International Development Platform will generate evidence-based analysis on China’s evolving and expanding role in international development; support the development of a cohort of European researchers with expertise on this subject; facilitate technical exchanges between the EU and Chinese counterparts; and promote knowledge and understanding in China of the EU as the leading global development actor. The service provider/consortium of service providers should be able to establish and work with a specialised network of European researchers and effectively engage with Chinese stakeholders.
