Switzerland – Administration services

The Federal Office of Energy (FOE) and the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) are seeking a provider to design, establish, and operate an Energy & Health Office (definitive service). This office will advise and inform the FOE and FOE on the aforementioned interfaces and develop texts and technical articles for their use. Furthermore, the office will ensure future exchange between stakeholders (e.g., by establishing expert committees) and establish new research findings within the sector. The latter will be achieved primarily through continuing education, by developing and expanding a modular educational program nationwide. The office will coordinate and support the development of continuing education programs or foundational courses in non-formal education with the relevant stakeholders. The goal is to further develop existing tools and services and strengthen collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
