Lucerne Transport Authority (vbl) is pursuing a future-oriented strategy for the sustainable development of public transport. The goal is the gradual conversion of the existing bus fleet to electric vehicles by 2032. Six charging points are scheduled to be commissioned at the Weinbergli depot by December 2026. A further 25 charging points are planned for the first half of 2027 at the latest. The project focuses on the planning and implementation of the structural and technical measures at the Weinbergli site. The civil engineering services encompass SIA phases 32 "Construction Project" to 53 "Completion, Commissioning" and include all necessary steps – from detailed planning to successful commissioning.
